We offer American Heart Association CardioPulmonary Resuscitation to healthcare providers who require CPR certification.  This course is designed for the healthcare professional and certification is good for 2 years.  Attendance in this course includes:

• BLS for Healthcare Providers Textbook w/CD (100 pages) ($11.00 value) 
• Resusci Face Shield (single use CPR barrier)

And training in the following:

• 1- and 2-rescuer CPR for adult, child and infant
• Bag-mask and mouth-to-mask ventilation
• Use of an automated external defibrillator (AED)
• Foreign-body airway obstruction (FBAO) management

• General principles of First Aid
• Medical Emergencies
• Injury Emergencies
• Adult CPR

The Heartsaver AED course is a comprehensive CPR course that includes an information module on the Automated External Defibrillator (AED).  Those who complete the course will receive a 2 year certification card, and attendance includes:

• Heartsaver AED textbook ($12.00 value) 
• Heartsaver AED Adult foldout Reminder Card
• Heartsaver AED Child and Infant foldout Reminder Card
• CD-ROM containing videos and refresher information
• Resusci face shield (single use CPR barrier)

Training includes:

• Adult, child, and infant CPR
• Use of an AED
• Signs and relief of choking in adults, children, and infants
• Signs and relief of heart attack and stroke

The Heartsaver CPR course is similar to the Heartsaver AED course, however, it does not include the information module on the Automated External Defibrillator.  Those who complete the course will receive a 2 year certification card.  Attendance in this course includes:

• Resusci face shield (single use CPR barrier)

And covers the following subjects:

• Recognition and emergency resuscitation techniques for heart attack, stroke, and choking in adults, children, and infants
• Prevention of injuries and cardiac arrest
• Use of barrier devices

This course is similar to CPR for Family and Friends and is designed to teach middle and high school students CPR.  This is a rich and innovative course filled with age appropriate scenarios for teens.  This course does not offer any certification, however, participants receive a completion card.  This course offers:

• Resusci face shields (single use CPR barrier)
